Service Department

Nu-Tech Roofing & Waterproofing Ltd. has a dedicated service department. We  employ trade-qualified personnel with extensive experience with all locally utilized roofing and waterproofing systems. Our service personnel are extremely knowledgeable certified tradespersons, they are polite, tidy, and professional.  We maintain a fleet of fully equipped service vehicles and we have all equipment necessary to safely access and operate on all manner of buildings from single family residential to hi-rise commercial. Our comparative advantage lies with our excellent knowledge of building science allowing us to accurately identify issues with systems ranging from roofs, roof decks, landscape decks/planters, and wall cladding issues.

Emergency Repairs

At Nu-Tech Roofing & Waterproofing Ltd. we are always on call to provide emergency repairs when roofing materials fail or storm damage occurs.

Roof Surveys and Maintenance

Working with building owners and their building science professionals we can assist with very accurate roof assessments. We can provide thorough information including the current build-up of the roof, quantification of roof areas, assist with opinions of roof maintenance requirements and life expectation, and reliable budgeting for maintenance, repair, or replacement. We can assist with roof maintenance programs to ensure the roof asset is inspected, maintained, and appropriate repairs are carried out in a timely manner. Appropriate maintenance can often extend the life of your roof asset and resolve roof issues before they become unplanned emergency events.

We can provide roof survey assistance to building owners and their building science consultants including:

  • safe access
  • deconstruction
  • sampling/core tests
  • identification of existing materials and their condition
